Bananas in Pyjamas See-Saw (1992)
See Saw is the ninth episode of Series 1 of Bananas in Pyjamas aired on 30th July 1992.
Plot[]
Lulu makes a model see-saw, and likes it so much that she decides to make a big version of it in the park. She enlists the Bananas to help her make it with a log as the fulcrum and a plank to sit on. Lulu tries to instruct B1 on where to put the plank but he gets confused, swinging the plank around and knocking both B2 and Lulu before dripping the plank on his foot. He finally puts the plank in the right direction.
The Bananas decide to test their see-saw. Unfortunately, the plank had not been put on the log at its center, and as a result, B1 sinks while B2 is left hanging in the air. Lulu figures out the problem and tells B1 to get off (causing B2 to fall to the ground in the process). Adjusting the position of the plank, the Bananas are finally able to use the see-saw properly while Lulu goes home. Unfortunately, once Amy tries to get on with them, they find that they are unable to balance their weight.
Amy complains to Lulu that the see-saw can't be used for teddies. They both go to test it, but it works just fine- until Morgan comes along and tries to join in. They try a few combinations of Teddy and Banana but nothing works until Morgan guesses that 2 Bananas weigh the same as 3 teddies. They are thus able to enjoy the see-saw together.
Goofs/ Errors[]
- When Morgan gets off the see-saw at the end, causing the others to fall off, the see-saw causes B2's pyjama top to pop open. B2 is seen hiding behind the others and quickly sitting behind B1 on the see-saw to hide this.
